Lego

The kids put together a charming house today. It brought back fond memories of my childhood when I enjoyed building things with Lego. It was a laidback, relaxing overcast day…

maddie's t-shirtIt’s fun having a creative kid. Maddie used a t-shirt making kit she got from her godfather Uncle Jim and designed it herself. She then wore it to school and had all her classmates sign it. She really enjoyed her 5th grade year and is going to miss her teachers.

maddies-american-history-tvWorking hard paid off… Maddie had lots of fun learning and being creative with her fifth grade project. It’s a tv and you can roll the screen up and down. She used Lemonheads for the tv control buttons, yummy.

I don’t know if I’d rather be doing a real marathon or face this long weekend ahead :-( . Much to do, here goes the list:

  1. Take home exam for Diversity Class which is more like seven papers in one assignment.
  2. The Chandler Service Club Charity Ball :-) . Looking forward too, but still lots of work ahead.
  3. Family Time…
  4. Start thinking of topic for next paper in Budget and Finance class, due April 6!

These of course are not numbered in any particular order of importance, they all just need to get done, UGH!!!… Wish me luck.
